Site #19- 2008 Forest River Quailridge park model with 2 lofts.  Primary bedroom with queen bed (upgraded mattress), 2 lofts (1 with a king bed, one with 2 twins).  New HVAC system.  Items that stay inside the unit include dishes, utensils, pots/pans, bedding, all beds, theater seating, living room tv, loft tv.  Screened-in porch, indoor/outdoor carpet and windowed canvass screen covers. Bar, 2 chairs and table stay on the porch.  Unit is wifi ready! 2 large and 1 small storage sheds also stay.  Outdoor items that stay include grill, table, chairs, benches and lawn mower. The unit has a beautiful, semi-private landscaped patio with a fire pit and is on a large lot! (Lucas)
